Evaluation and management of patients with diabetes and hypertension
24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
Evaluation and management of kidney stone prevention.
Management of patients who have received a kidney transplant.
Evaluation and management of patients with Systemic Lupus and kidney disease.
Assessment of volume status with cardio dynamics in patients with heart failure and kidney disease.
Extensive chronic kidney disease education program

  Best kidney specialists in the ocean county area!! Dr. Schirripa has not only the best bed side manner while seeing his patients in the hospital but really gets to know his patients in the office as well and genuinely cares about his patients and their health.   Ocean Renal Associates in Manahawkin is one of the best run drs offices I have been to. I see multiple types of drs & none compare. It is not only very efficient, but all staff are friendly, prompt & knowledgeable. The office runs like clockwork.
Dr Markatos is wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable & always explains things in a way to understand it. He is always prompt but takes the time needed with each patient. Going to this office is always pleasant rather than dreadful. Keep up the great work!

  Besides Dr Schirripa being so kind to my 86 year old mom, I would love to recognize the wonderful staff at the Manahawkin location. When you call there you get an actual person every time. Michelle was knowledgeable and kind and responded to my issue quickly. Doctors offices are nothing without good staff and this practice has both.
